President Sisi to head to UAE, meet with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed

CAIRO – 18 September 2023: Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi expected to head to the United Arab Emirates, Monday where he will meet with UAE President and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

According to Presidency spokesperson Ahmed Fahmy, the two leaders are expected to discuss ways to further strengthen the close bilateral relations between Egypt and the UAE.

President Sisi and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed will also consult and coordinate on various regional and international issues and crises of common interest during the current stage.

Fahmy also said that the visit comes within the framework of the special characteristics of the Egyptian-Emirati relations as well as the two countries’ cooperation and coordination across all levels.
