South Korean Amb. praises Egypt's achievement in New Alamein as "miraculous"

CAIRO - 30 August 2023: Engineer Wael Samir, Head of the New Alamein City Authority, received Ambassador Kim Young Hyun, South Korean Ambassador to Egypt, and his accompanying delegation.

 

The South Korean delegation began visiting the New Alamein Towers, and a number of other projects, including the heritage area, the universities area, and the central area that is being implemented similar to the central area in the New Administrative Capital.

 

The South Korean ambassador listened to a detailed explanation of all the projects being implemented in the New Alamein City, and watched a video about the most prominent challenges that the government faced during the start of the implementation work of the New Alamein City, and how it turned from a barren desert into an entertainment tourist city in Egypt.

 

After the tour, the South Korean ambassador praised the achievement that took place in the new city of El Alamein in a record time, describing it as a true miracle, and praised the Egyptian worker who surpassed himself to achieve that miracle.
