CAIRO - 11 July 2023: Egypt has witnessed a high ranking of its aviation networks, reflecting a boost in the country's global connectedness, according to a report by the cabinet's Information and Decision Support Center.

Egypt's air connectivity has jumped to 24th place in 2022 out of 100 countries worldwide from 38th place in 2019.

Egypt has nabbed the fourth place at the level of MENA region.

The center is very interested in highlighting global economic reports on Egypt.

IATA’s air connectivity index measures how well connected a country’s cities are to other cities around the world critical for trade, tourism and economy.

It is measuring the connections that drive economic growth.
