Egypt sets to launch 'No To Plastic' national awareness campaign in July

CAIRO - 27 June 2023: The Egyptian Ministry of Environment is preparing to launch a national campaign under the slogan "No to Plastic", under the auspices of Dr. Yasmine Fouad, Minister of Environment, and is scheduled to kick off during the last week of July 2023.

 

"No to Plastic" is an expanded campaign that will be launched on social media platforms to raise awareness of the dangers of using plastic, and to promote alternatives to single-use plastic products.  

 

The campaign aims to raise awareness of the dangers of single-use plastic products, in order to develop public awareness of the health and environmental risks of plastic waste.

 

The campaign also aims to emphasize the importance of limiting the use of plastic, in addition to the gradual movement towards stopping the use of these materials, in addition to highlighting the alternatives available to them.
