PARIS - 18 July 2017: Paris has always supported a solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and will always act to promote initiatives leading to that, a spokesperson for the French Foreign Ministry said.

France will seek coordinated international efforts to achieve peace in the Middle East, the spokesperson stressed.

She touched upon statements by French President Emmanuel Macron in which he had pressed for a strong political drive to help conflicting parties resume peace talks.
