CAIRO - 28 May 2023: A security source denied claims purported by some Brotherhood pages on adopting intransigent measures against Arab tourists in some airports.

Security source stressed that these claims are bare of truth and represent desperate attempts by the terrorist group to create a state of confusion after failing to destabilize the country in light people's awareness of the group's schemes.

It is well known that the Muslim Brotherhood tries from time to time to spread fake news to stir up confusion in the Egyptian street. In 2020, Facebook FB.O announced that it has removed seven networks that spread fake news in Iran, Afghanistan, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Myanmar, Georgia, and Ukraine, Reuters reported.

According to the company’s statement, the network that operates in Cairo is connected with the banned group of the Muslim Brotherhood.
