CAIRO – 20 January 2023: A policeman was killed while chasing three dangerous criminals involved in drug trafficking in the Mediterranean city of Alexandria, Friday.
According to statement issued by Egypt’s Ministry of Interior, the police forces were after three wanted criminals; however, during the armed-chase two criminals were arrested and the third managed to escape.
The security services were able later to locate the fugitive accused location near to the Cairo-Alexandria Agricultural Road.
The forces headed to the location and arrested the third, as all legal procedures were taken against the arrestees.
