Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi - file
CAIRO - 17 December 2022: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received Saturday, at his residence in Washington, Jake Sullivan, the US National Security Adviser.
Ambassador Bassam Rady, the official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic, stated that the US National Security Adviser welcomed the President's visit to Washington.
Sullivan appreciated Egypt's role under the leadership of President El-Sisi in strengthening security and stability in its regional environment, stressing the mutual keenness of the United States to strengthen and develop strategic partnership relations with Egypt.
According to him, this partnership will link the two friendly countries during the next stage in various fields, especially in terms of security and military cooperation.
President Sisi affirmed Egypt's pride in its strategic partnership with the United States, expressing aspiration to continue working on development.
