In Pics: Dozens protest against Seif and Amnesty International's practices in COP27

CAIRO – 9 November 2022: Dozens of participants in the COP27 Climate Summit organized a stand in solidarity with Egyptian parliamentarian Amr Darwish after he was expelled from the press conference organized for Sana Seif, Alaa Abdel Fattah's sister, to seek help from Western countries and pressure the Egyptian state to release him, as he is accused of criminal cases.

For his part, Darwish confirmed that what happened in the press conference of Abdel-Fattah’s sister comes as evidence of the attempts to pressure the Egyptian state, explaining that this matter is rejected, and is clear evidence of the existence of agendas to interfere in the Egyptian interior affairs.
