Health ministry lights up Cairo Tower green to mark World Mental Health Day

CAIRO - 12 October 2022: The Ministry of Health and Population has lit up Cairo Tower in green color to mark the World Mental Health Day that falls on Oct.10.

The ministry is also organizing a number of activities in commemoration of the day, under the auspices of Minister of Health and Population Khaled Abdel Ghaffar in all hospitals affiliated to the General Secretariat of Mental Health and Addiction Treatment (GSMHAT), Spokesman for the Ministry of Health Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar said Wednesday.

Meantime, 21 hospitals and mental health centers in 15 governorates are being lit up Green (the color of the World's Day logo) to mark on the celebration.
