Saudi King congratulates Iraqi PM on Mosul liberation

RIYADH - 15 July 2017: Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud congratulated on Saturday Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al Abadi on the liberation of Mosul from Daesh.

During a phone call on Saturday, the Saudi monarch considered the step as a good omen for liberating Iraq and Syria from terrorist organizations.

The Iraqi premier voiced appreciation for King Salman, stressing keenness on maintaining counter-terrorism cooperation between the two countries.
