CAIRO - 15 August 2022: State Minister for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates' Affairs Soha Gendi will open on Tuesday the third edition of the Conference for Egyptian Entities Abroad attended by 342 participants representing 45 Egyptian entities worldwide.

The conference offers an important opportunity for reviewing investment and development action plans in the country to help Egyptians abroad participate in national development efforts in accordance with directives of the political leadership in the new republic.

Gendi said in statements Monday that the conference prioritizes the promotion of real estate investments in Egypt as per President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's vision in this regard and helps Egyptians abroad get acquainted with achievements made in Egypt since the president assumed office.

The achievements covered infrastructure development projects and setting the legislative stage for luring more investments, she added.

The political leadership is paying a greater attention to Egyptians abroad in different world countries, she said, adding that her ministry was keen on holding the conference's third version to probe ways of boosting contacts and cooperation between Egyptian expats and their motherland.
