Arab Parliament lauds efforts of Sisi in supporting, empowering youth

SHARM EL SHEIKH - 16 June 2022: The Arab Parliament (AP) lauded on Thursday the efforts exerted by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to support and empower youth in different domains and at different levels.

The parliament also praised efforts of the Egyptian state in the file of climate change.

This came in AP member Saeed el Saady's word during his participation in the 8th Global Conference for Young Parliamentarians, which is organized by the Egyptian parliament and the International Parliamentary Union (IPU) under the auspices of President Sisi.

Saady lauded the AP for hosting this important global parliamentary event, asserting that the climate change issue has become a national security issue in all the countries of the world, warning of its grave consequences on the future of the current and coming generations.

Saady reiterated the importance of boosting parliamentary efforts towards the climate change issue, especially the role of the young parliamentarians in their parliaments.
