CAIRO - 28 May 2022: Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will receive, on Sunday, Secretary-General of the Palestinian Fatah's Central Committee Major General Jibril Rajoub, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs downtown Cairo, said the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting would tackle the latest development of the Palestinian-Israeli cause.
On February 1, 2022, Shoukry and Rajoub held a bilateral meeting in Cairo, where both sides discussed ways of creating an appropriate atmosphere to revive the peace negotiations between the Palestinian and Israeli sides, with supporting the legitimate aspirations of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
