In pics: Nasser Station to operate in 2 months after development works finalized

CAIRO – 18 May 2022: Works at the first part of the third phase of the third metro line are expected to finalize soon, and operate within two months.

Egypt Today displays in the below lines photos of Nasser Station, the latest developed metro station, running on the line which starts from Ataba and ends at Kit Kat.

The Ministry of Transport is scheduled to open four new metro stations on the third line, in mid-July, which are "Nasser, Maspero, Safaa Hegazy, and Kit Kat" stations.

The largest of these stations is Nasser Station, which is an interchange station with the first metro line.

The stations of the first part of the third phase extend from Ataba to Kit Kat with a length of 4 km and include 4 tunnel stations "Nasser - Maspero - Safa Hegazy - Kit Kat", passing through the tunnel under the Nile from Maspero station to Safaa Hegazy station in Zamalek.
