President Sisi checks after Jordan’s King Abdullah II after successful back surgery in Germany

CAIRO – 13 April 2022: Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi called, on Wednesday King Abdullah of Jordan, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi said.

During the contact, President Sisi inquired after the health of King Abdullah after the successful back surgery he underwent in Germany

King Abdullah on Tuesday underwent a successful surgery to treat a thoracic herniated disc, said Petra News Agency.

At the professional advice of physicians, the surgery, which took place at a specialized hospital in Frankfurt, will be followed by a period of rest before King Abdullah returns to Jordan, the agency quoted the Royal Hashemite Court as saying in a statement.
