President Sisi attends military funeral of 2 former Egyptian Armed Forces commanders, war heroes

CAIRO – 23 March 2022: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi attended Wednesday the military funeral of two commanders of the Egyptian Armed Forces who were part of the 6th of October, 1973 War Victory.

The general command of the Egyptian Armed Forces had announced the passing of Honorary Lieutenant General Abdel Moneim Mohamed Khalil, who was commander of the Second Army during the 6th of October War, and the former chairman of the Armed Forces Training Authority.
