Cabinet denies news about overseas work contracts announced by Manpower Ministry

CAIRO - 9 March 2022: The Cabinet’s media center has dismissed as baseless news that the Manpower Ministry is providing overseas work contracts in return for money.

The center, in a statement Wednesday, said it had contacted the Manpower Ministry, which denied the news.

The Manpower Ministry stressed that ads about overseas work contracts are fake. The Ministry issued no such ads, it said, noting that any work opportunities abroad are posted on its website “manpower.gov.eg”.

The Cabinet's media center urged all media outlets to verify any information before circulating false news.
