Egypt’s FM to meet with Secretary-General of Fatah's Central Committee

CAIRO- 1 February 2022: Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will receive Major General Jibril Rajoub, the secretary-general of Fatah's Central Committee, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs downtown Cairo, according to a statement from the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday.

 

Rajoub held a meeting with the Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Gheit, discussing the latest development of the Palestinian-Israeli cause and the peace process on the basis of a two-state solution on the border of1967.

 

On September 28, 2020, Shoukry and Rajoub along with Rawhi Fattouh, a senior official of Fatah's Central Committee, met in Cairo.
