CAIRO – 26 January 2022: Egypt’s President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi met on Wednesday with Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Mohamed bin Zayed at Qasr El-Watan palace in the Emirati capital.
In a statement earlier, Egyptian Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi said the visit comes in the framework of the special Egyptian-Emirati relations and the historic brotherly bonds and cooperation relations between the two countries.
It is expected that Sisi will discuss with Mohamed bin Zayed the aspects of the strong and extended bilateral relations between the two countries, Radi said.
Sisi and Mohamed bin Zayed will also coordinate and consult on the latest developments related to regional issues in light of the current phase’s requirements regarding consolidating efforts to protect Arab national security against destabilization attempts, Radi said.
