Egypt’s FM Shoukry participates in Dakar International Forum on Peace, Security

CAIRO – 6 December 2021: Egypt’s Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry participated, Monday in the opening session of the Dakar International Forum on Peace and Security in Africa.

Spokesperson Ahmed Hafez tweeted saying: “At the outset of his visit to Senegal… FM Sameh Shoukry participates in the opening session of the Dakar International Forum on Peace and Security in Africa.”

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry embarked Sunday on a trip to Senegal to participate in the 7th Dakar International Forum on Peace and Security.

The two-day event, sponsored by Senegalese President Macky Sall, will tackle the challenges facing Africa's stability and rise in the post-Covid-19 era, the spokesman noted in a press release.
