CAIRO – 10 July 2017: Civil Aviation Minister Sherif Fathy inaugurated Monday the new branch of EgyptAir’s duty free market at Terminal 2 for arrival at Cairo Airport in an attempt to meet the needs of its clients, according to a ministry statement on Monday.
The new branch is established over 500 square meters to enable the new terminal of the Cairo Airport to provide passengers with the supplies they need. A new branch at Terminal 2 for departure is being built over a space estimated at 450 square meters.
“EgyptAir for Duty Free Markets seeks spreading in all airports to meet the needs of its clients and providing them with international products at competitive prices,” Chairman of Egypt Aviation Holding Company Safwat Moasalam said during the inauguration.
EgyptAir’s duty free markets exist at terminals 1, 2 and 3 at the Cairo Airport, as well as at the airports of Hurgada, Sharm El Sheikh, Marsa Alam, Luxor, Aswan, Sohag, Alexandria, al-Nozha, el-Gouna and Taba, besides branches at City Stars Mall, Savoy Hotel and Hilton Taba.
