CAIRO - 4 December 2021: Egypt's National Press Authority under Abdul-Sadiq Al-Shorbagy on Saturday mourned the death of the Renowned political researcher Hani Raslan, who was announced dead.
In a statement, the authority offered deep condolences to Raslan's family.
Raslan, an advisor to Al-Ahram Center for Political and Strategic Studies (ACPSS), died on Saturday due to COVID-19 complications.
He was the founder and ex-head of the Sudan and Nile Basin Unit in ACPSS. He also served as editor-in-chief of the centre's "Egyptian Vision" magazine.
