CAIRO - 8 August 2021: Egypt is planning to establish a large city for organic farming on an area of 4,000 acres, with investments of LE 320 million (about $20,4 million), said Egyptian expert in algae production Hatem El-Koumi on Saturday.
 
 
In media remarks to Al-Jadaan T.V. program on Al-Qahera Wal-Nas, Koumi said that city will be integrated agricultural, industrial, urban, and tourist community, noting that the city will be the first of its kind in the world, where all types of vegetable crops will be produced without any use of chemicals and the highest levels of purity and quality.
 
 
Fish, pourtly, and livestock, and tourism and urban services will be provided as well, he said. Also, a total of 100 acres will be allocated to the production of Spirulina algae.
