CAIRO – 27 July 2021: Egyptian Taekwondo champions Hedaya Malak and Seif Issa were praised for her achievement after winning the bronze medal in Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
The U.S. Embassy in Cairo congratulated Hedaya Malak and Seif Issa for winning bronze medals in Taekwondo competitions, saying: “We are proud of you.”
The US embassy said in a tweet via its official Twitter account: "Congratulations to the champions Seif Issa and Hedaya Malak for winning the bronze medal in taekwondo competitions at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. We are proud of you, it is a happy day for the Egyptian champions in the Olympic Games."
The National Council for Women, headed by Dr. Maya Morsi and all its members and members, congratulated Hedaya Malak. Dr. Maya Morsi expressed her deep pride and happiness for the Egyptian champion winning the bronze medal in this global event, stressing that “crowning the champion with this medal is a pride for Egyptian and Arab women.”
Morsi added that this medal is important as it marks the first medal that Egypt garnered since the beginning f the Olympic Games, wishing success to the rest of the Egyptian champions participating.
Dr. Maged Negm, Acting President of Helwan University, congratulated the Egyptian taekwondo player Hedaya Malak, after she achieved a historic achievement.
In a statement, Dr. Maged Negm expressed his pride and happiness in the honorable models of Helwan University students, saying: “Hedaya Malak is not only a sports player, but she is also a talented artist, and she is one of the champions of Helwan University, and a pride for the university and for all of Egypt.”
