The stages of the joint training have included the use of the latest training systems and combat theories to deal with the terrorist organizations, fight in populated areas and protecting vital targets, spokesman Tamer El-Refae said.
The training also included ways to deal with explosives using the latest means and capabilities.
“The final stage showed the distinguished level and the field and combat skills that the elements participating [in the training] have reached,” Refae said.
He added that this stage also showed the degree of coordination and cooperation between the two sides, which affirms the ability of the forces to carry out all the tasks with high precision and efficiency.

The two-week military drills included lectures on training concepts in addition to several practical activities on reconnaissance missions, best combat methods in cities and ways of fighting terrorist elements.
