Egyptian President inspects construction works of number of roads and corridors eastern Cairo

 

CAIRO – 29 April 2021:  President Abdel Fattah El Sisi inspected on Thursday construction works to develop a number of roads and corridors in eastern Cairo, said Presidential Spokesperson Bassam Radi in a statement.

 

The President was keen to be updated on the work is being implemented as he listened to a number of engineers and employees in various sites, Radi said, adding that the President also congratulated the workers on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. 

 

 

President Sisi also asked them to adhere to anti-coronavirus precautionary measures for their safety.

 

The inspection tour included a number of roads and bridges in the vicinity of the Cairo International Airport and Nasr City.

 

During his tour, the President spoke with a group of citizens, who were riding a motorcycle, congratulating them on holy Ramadan besides listening to them.
