CAIRO - 21 April 2020: Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry arrived Wednesday in Niamey, Niger, as part of his current African tour.
Shoukry was received upon arrival in Niamey by Niger's Foreign Minister Hassoumi Massaoudou, spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Hafez tweeted.
Earlier on 20 April, Shoukry arrived in the Congolese capital, Kinshasa, as part of his current African tour, which included Kenya, the Comoros and South Africa.
The tour will also include Senegal and Tunisia.
Shoukry will deliver messages from President Sisi to African leaders on the Grand Ethiopia Renaissance Dam (GERD) file and Egypt's stance in this regard.
