From the creators of Rossini come two new dining experiences: Byblos, an authentic Lebanese restaurant, and Fire Stone, offering up wood-fired pizzas and a bistro atmosphere. Launched last month but only coming on our radars recently, Rossini seafood restaurant opened up these two concepts undoubtedly to compete with the vast array of eateries on the scene. While Byblos promises traditional Lebanese fare in a Lebanese-nights atmosphere, Fire Stone promises a more coastal atmosphere with its bistro setting.
