The contract was signed in partnership with the Egyptian company for the renovation and maintenance of railways (ERTRAC) and Gharably Integrated Engineering Company (GIECO).
This partnership comes in light of the HHD's keenness to maximize the benefit from state-owned assets in cooperation with the private sector, the Ministry of Public Business Sector said in a statement on Thursday.
El-Said clarified that the completed projects are in six sectors: education, housing, transportation, irrigation, electricity, and local development.
