The Golden King
All the possessions of the Golden King will be displayed in one place for the first time.
Tutankhamun was buried in his famous tomb “Cemetery 62” in Egypt’s Valley of the Kings. It was discovered on November 4, 1922 by British archaeologist Howard Carter.
The Board of Directors of Egypt’s Supreme Council of Antiquities decided to temporarily display ten artifacts of Tutankhamun’s belongings in Sharm El-Sheikh Museum, which will be inaugurated 2020.
Tutankhamun's toys are diverse, some of which represent life for the Golden King, like the duck toy. This is the most famous toy the king used to play with.
