Egyptian Minister of Petroleum Tarek El-Molla and Israel's Minister of Energy Karin Elharar signed an agreement on Wednesday on natural gas delivery to the European Union (EU) from the East Med region, according to media reports.
Petroleum Minister Tarek el Mulla discussed with French Ambassador to Egypt Stephane Romatet prospects of boosting cooperation and partnership between the petroleum sector and French companies, in light of Egypt's promising oil and gas opportunities.
Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades has praised Egypt’s efforts in achieving stability and combating terrorism and illegal immigration, in a phone call with Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, the Egyptian Presidency said in a statement.
