International Cooperation Minister Rania Al-Mashat said the world's endeavors to achieve sustainable development by 2030 are not separated from hopes to enhance climate action, turn into a green economy and reduce emissions.
The EBRD's new strategy is based on reducing carbon emissions to strengthen sustainable development, providing equal opportunities and empowering women, as well as applying digital transformation, the statement added.
The visit comes as part of the strategic partnership between Egypt and the US.
