An Egyptian nun mourned a Coptic man who was executed by terrorists in North Sinai in a moving Facebook post, saying the victim was "a lion."
Sinai-based “terrorist” Belal al-Barahmeh el-Denn, appeared in a Youtube video released by Sinai Tribes Official earlier in August, where he “confessed” that Sinai Province group has plotted to abduct foreigners and target economic project.
A total of 241 defendants were added to the terrorist list in the case no.1000 for 2017, known as “Wilayat Sinai case”.
Egypt’s State Security Prosecution released on Thursday nine underage suspects in the case No. 502 of 2015, publicly known as the "Wilayat Sinai 2" case.
The names of 299 defendants were removed from terror list after the Court of Cassation accepted their appeal against their enrollment.
