Foreign Ministry signs MoU on Egypt's joining SCO

Egypt’s Foreign Ministry announced a memorandum of understanding signed on Egypt's joining of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) as a "dialogue partner" in the Uzbek capital of Tashkent Wednesday.
