Petrified Forest
The first tourist trip organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, represented by the ETPB, was launched from Fayoum, as part of the "Explore Egypt" campaign program.
The Petrified Forest is a beautiful piece of land that was turned into a protectorate by the Cabinet of Ministers to protect its ancient lands.
The Petrified Forest in Egypt is unlike any normal forest. It is characterized by stems, trunks of fossilized trees, logs and a few wild animals.
