CAIRO-13 March 2021: Tunisian giants, Esperance, informed Zamalek officials that they will arrive in Cairo on Sunday at 6:00 pm.

Esperance will face Zamalek in the CAF Champions League group stage and they hope to achieve a good result against the White Knights to take another step towards securing a spot in the quarter-finals.

The Tunisian giants will carry out their pre-match training session at Cairo International Stadium, the venue of the match, on Monday night.

Esperance achieved a 3-1 win over Zamalek in the first game in Tunisia, the result that made Zamalek’s mission to reach the next round harder.

Zamalek are third in the group with two points after three matces and their poor run in the competition was the reason behind the club’s decision to sack their Portuguese coach Jaime Pacheco.

The game against Esperance will be their first match under their new French coach, Patrice Carteron, who returned to Zamalek to start his second spell with the team.
