CAIRO, 30 November 2020: Ahmed Bakri, head of the Zamalek Club Affairs Committee, said that the committee’s work will continue for a year until the elections, indicating that a football committee, an executive committee and a wise committee have been formed in addition to the appointment of an executive director soon.
 
Bakri stated on the radio program "With Shobeir", saying: "The file that interests everyone and reassures the fans is the football file."
 
He continued, "We appointed a committee to manage the ball consisting of Ashraf Qasim, Abdel Halim Ali and Ayman Younis, specialized in football affairs. Those are the stars and sons of Zamalek Club."
 
He continued, "The committee does not prejudice the football sector, we will support and support the team with full strength."
 
"As for financial matters, we will start counting today in the treasury, and through this inventory, we will see the available sums and through them we will continue with football and the team."
 
"Today we are holding a meeting with football team and giving it all the powers," he added.
 
And he added, "We are in contact with Ahmed Ramzy and he has shown full readiness to take over the task. He is currently outside Egypt in Kuwait, but he has shown a willingness to go down and stand next to Zamalek Club."
 
The Ministry of Youth and Sports announced the suspension of the Board of Directors of Zamalek, headed by Mortada Mansour, and the referral of their financial violations to the Public Prosecution.
 
The Directorate of Youth and Sports in Giza announced the temporary council that leads Zamalek, to succeed the Zamalek board of directors, who was suspended due to financial irregularities.
 
The committee includes Ahmed Bakri Mohamed Hamida, President of the Cairo Court of Appeal, Hisham Ibrahim Ahmed Mahmoud, President of the Cairo Court of Appeal, and Mohamed Sayed Attia Ali Ahmed, the Public Prosecution Attorney at the Court of Cassation.
