I am not overnight success story, Calvert-Lewin

CAIRO-10 October 2020: Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin is enjoying his best days in football after his superb start to the new season.

 

The English striker is leading the Premier League top scorers list, which won him a call up to the English national team, preparing to face Belgium in the UEFA Nations League.

 

"It's definitely not an overnight success. There has been a lot of work, effort and concentration to get where I am now." The striker said.

 

The striker opened his goalscoring tally with the English national team on Wednesday night in his debut against Wales.

 

Calvert-Lewin commented on his debut, saying "It's a very proud moment to represent your country and we all want to play." 

 

England players are expecting a tough test on Sunday when they host Belgium, who leads the group with 6 points, two points ahead of Second-placed England.
