Three games postponed in Morocco as players tested positive for coronavirus

CAIRO-14 August 2020: The Royal Moroccan Football Federation announced on Friday the postponement of three games in the top Football division, including the Moroccan Clasico between  the Royal Army Club and Wydad Casablanca.  
 
The decision comes after three teams, Wydad Casablanca, Ittihad Tanger and Rapide Oued Zem, were quarantined as players from the three teams tested positive for coronavirus. 
 
The Federation decided to postpone Wydad clash against the Royal Army Club which was scheduled on Friday in Moroccan capital, Rabat.
 
The federation also postponed the game between Raja Casablanca and Rapide Oued Zem, as well as Ittihad Tanger clash against Olympique Club de Khouribga. 
 
Raja are leading the Moroccan league table with 42 points, with two points ahead of arch rivals, Wydad. 
 
Moroccan giants Wydad Casablanca and Raja Casablanca reached CAF Champions League semi-finals and they will face Al Ahly and Zamalek respectively.
 
The first leg will be played in Morocco in the last week of September while the second leg will be played a week later in Cairo.
