CAIRO_9 July 2020: Liverpool goalkeeper, Alisson Becker hailed his Egyptian teammate Mohamed Salah after his sensational performance on Wednesday night in Liverpool's 3_1 victory over Brighton and Hove Albion.
Salah opened the score after 6 minutes before setting up a goal for Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson.
Salah secured his team's victory at the second half as he headed in his team's third goal after a wonderful cross from Andy Robertson.
"This is Mo Salah, he is hungry, he is always there fighting for a goal, helping the team on the defence phase as well." The Brazilian goalkeeper told the club official website.
Salah took his tally to 19 Premier League goals, three goals behind Jamie Vardy, who leads the race for the golden boot.
Alisson added "He is always there to help win some games for us and ready to fight always for the goal. It’s his job and he loves to do that."
Liverpool secured their 30th win this season and the Reds are now leading the league table with 92 points.
