CAIRO_30 May 2020: Liverpool fans waited three decades to celebrate winning the Premier League title at home in Anfield Stadium but it seems that their dream is impossible.

The Premier League is expected to continue in neutral venues behind closed doors. However، Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp revealed that winning the title will still be an exceptional day for him.

"In the moment for me whenever it will be, in an empty stadium blah, blah, blah, with all the thoughts and prayers and love from the people all around the world it will still be an absolutely exceptional day in my life," Klopp said.

Liverpool have had an extraordinary season on the domestic level and they are two victories away from clinching the league title for the first time since 1990.

Klopp added, "We wanted to play anyway and now we are really desperate to play because we want to become champions on the pitch and it looks like we can do that."

Liverpool are leading the league table with 82 points after playing 29 games and they are 25 points ahead of the second-placed and the defending champions Manchester City who gained 67 points from 28 games.
