CAF postpones Champions League & Confederation Cup finals

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced that the CAF Champions League final and the Confederation Cup final will be postponed indefinitely.

CAF said in an official statement that the spread of the Coronavirus prompted them to take a delay decision.

The CAF announced earlier that the semi-finals of the two tournaments were postponed.

The CAF Champions League final was scheduled for one match on May 24th in Morocco.

As for the Confederation final, it was May 29 in Cameroon.

CAF did not disclose any possible new date for the two matches and made it clear that he would consult with the concerned authorities before announcing the decision.

CAF postponed 2021 African Cup of Nations Qualifiers while postponing African club competitions is a matter of time.

Football competitions worldwide have been severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic as countries around the world try to contain the spread of coronavirus.
