Satisfied despite the draw: Zidane

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane expressed his frustration at not winning, but at the same time expressed satisfaction with creating opportunities.

When asked about the possibility of assigning an attacker: "Absolutely we will not contract a striker in January, I do not see a need for that."

He added: "Two points behind the lead? Yes, this is disappointing, because the players have given everything, I will look at the positive aspects."

"I feel the fans are satisfied because they saw the players gave their all," he continued.

He concluded: "After the match, I told the players that the most important thing was that they gave everything in the match. We hit the stand and the crossbar 3 times. We have a distinguished team and we know that patience is our way to improvement."

Real Madrid lost the opportunity to join Barcelona in the lead, and only raised its balance to 37 points, two points behind the Blaugrana. While Bilbao raised its score to 28 points in seventh place.
