CAIRO – 12 December 2019: Zamalek host Pyramids on Thursday night at Cairo International Stadium at the seventh round of the league.

The Whites aim to return to the right track at the league after suffering a frustrating start after gaining 10 points from five games as they dropped five points from a draw and a loss.

Pyramids also need the three points to get their position back as the table leaders after Al-Ahly won 3-1 over Wadi Degla to jump to the top of the table.

Pyramids remain unbeaten at the league with 12 points from three victories and three draws.

Zamalek’s captain, Mohamed Abdelshafy, is ready to lead his team’s left flank after he fully recovered from the injury he picked ahead of the game.

Pyramids hope to revenge from their huge 3-0 loss at the Egyptian Cup Final which was the first game of Sébastien Desabre as the club manager.

The game starts on 7:30 pm.
