Cairo_ 7 October 2019: Defending champions, Manchester City, lost another three points at the Premier League title race after a surprising 2_0 loss at home to Wolverhampton.

The Wolves scored two late goals by Barcelona academy product, AdamaTraore, to secure their first away victory of the season at the league and their first victory over Man City in nine years.

The defending champions are now eight points behind the league leaders, Liverpool, who achieved a perfect start at the league with eight wins.

City manager, Pep Guardiola, will have much work to do during the international break to revive his players' spirits to fight for the title.

On the other hand, Arsenal secured a tight 1_0 victory over Bournemouth thanks to a goal by David Luiz.

Chelsea achieved a comfortable 4_1 away victory over Southampton thanks to four goals by Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount, NgoloKante and MichyBatshawyi while Danny Ings scored the home team's only goal.

Liverpool are leading the Premier League table with 24 points and they are chasing their first league title since 1990.
