CAIRO - 14 September 2019: Liverpool produced another amazing performance at the fifth round of the Premier League at home against Newcastle United.

Liverpool achieved a 3_1 victory over Newcastle to continue their early lead at the league table, having achieved 15 points from the club’s first five games at the League.

Newcastle opened the score after seven minutes thanks to a strike from Jetro Willems and Liverpool's goalkeeper, Adrien, failed to deal with it.

Liverpool bounced back through Sadio Mane who scored twice before half-time.
Mane's first goal came after a wonderful pass from Robertson inside the box, which gave the Senegalese the chance to put the ball in the back of the net.

Mane's second goal came minutes before half-time after he followed a ball dropped from the opponent’s goalkeeper.

Salah secured his team's victory at the second half when he received another pass from Firmino that put him one against one with the goalkeeper and the Egyptian did not find any difficulty to add his team’s third goal.

Liverpool are leading the league table with 15 points and they hope to continue their run and win the league after 30 years of absence.
