CAIRO – 17 October 2018: Arsenal French striker, Alexandre Lacazette, revealed on Tuesday that he misses the atmosphere of the French League.

“I miss the atmosphere in Ligue 1. In England, the fans are more spectators than supporters, there is a better atmosphere in French stadiums," Lacazette told press during a visit to his hometown in France.

Lacazette, born in Lyon, joined the local team when he was seven and got promoted through the club rankings until he joined the first team in 2010.

The French moved from his childhood club, Lyon, to join Arsenal in summer 2017 and since then he has established himself as the starting striker for the North London club.

Asked about his successful partnership at Arsenal attacking line with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, he said “He is good; he's like my brother. We speak every day and love working together."

Following a frustrating start at the Premier League with two losses, Arsenal achieved six consecutive victories, recording 18 points, two points behind the League leaders, Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea.
