CAIRO – 27 January 2018: Former Italian international AlessandroNesta believes that his childhood club, Lazio, are lucky to have a coach like Inzaghi.

“Lazio are very lucky to have Inzaghi, as he has made courageous decisions. His Lazio hasstrong defense that turns into a dangerous attack on the counter,” Nesta told La Gazzettadello Sport on Saturday.

Nesta is a Lazio academy product and he represented the club’s first team between 1993 and 2002 before leaving to join Milan. Nesta shared Lazio’s dressing room with Inzaghi for three years.

Nesta spoke about the game between Lazio and Milan; “I can’t say who I’d prefer to win as that would be like choosing between two children. I adore both teams and frankly would love to be the coach of both sides.”

Nesta wore Milan’s jersey between 2002 and 2012 and he found success on European and domestic levels. He won two League titles and two European Champions League Cups.
