CAIRO – 27 November 2017: Arsenal coach, Arsene Wenger, denied that German midfielder Mezut Ozil has reached an agreement with FC Barcelona. Wenger explained this during the press conference before Burnley`s match in the Premier League.

Wenger was asked if there was an agreement between Ozil and Barcelona, but he was emphatic in his response; "No."

Arsenal`s coach then complained to the journalists. "How can I control these rumors? These players all have agents who can talk to anyone and tell them what they want, and that does not bother the players, as that is what usually happens throughout their career,” said the coach of the Londoner team.

It is worth mentioning that Arsene Wenger now has a big problem with Mezut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez; the two players who are willing to leave Arsenal in January.

"No one knows what will happen when the players reach the end of their contracts, our concern is to play well in the matches, that is all," said Arsene Wenger. He described the two players as "honest," and that they are free to leave Arsenal.

"They both want to play and I have no problem with them," he concluded.
